Any sport or form of exercise comes with a risk of injury. However, there are a few things that make our program very safe. It's because of these few things that we barely see any injuries with our program.

Stretching: At the beginning of every class we go through a series of stretches. These stretches get your muscles and joints ready and warmed up for exercise.

Supervision: Every class is supervised by trained, licensed professionals. We watch carefully to make sure no student is doing anything in a dangerous or unsafe way.

In short, we place a tremendous amount of focus on fun and safety. It's because of this that we feel confident telling you that while there is risk for injury with our program - it's a very small risk.
People come to us of all fitness levels. We get natural-born athletes, and we get people who have a harder time with athletic endeavors. However, everyone gets the same focus and attention.

If you're not in great shape, don't worry. Go at your own pace, and we'll do everything we can to help you learn each and every technique. Soon enough, your physical fitness will improve, and you'll be in better shape than ever!

The 6 week boot camp kickboxing challenge at Global was awesome. I felt encouraged to tackle a new challenge with an effort I have rarely been able to maintain. With newborn twins going to class was often the few times I left the house throughout the week and I looked forward to it each time. The instructors are motivating, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The community of classmates are friendly and encouraging, and I totally enjoyed each class I have attended. If youโ€™re looking for a way to mix up your fitness routine, or a way to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time, check them out, youโ€™ll be happy you did!

So like I do every year, on January 1st I decided that I really needed to lose some weight. Well this time I actually stuck to it! I drastically changed my eating habits and when My beautiful wife Jackie showed me a Facebook ad for Global Kickfit I jumped on it. So as of today I am down 127 lbs! I feel better, I work better, I play better. I couldn't have made it this far without the support of my family and friends, but most importantly not without my wonderful wife. The coaches at global really helped get me on track with nutrition and exercise. Big thanks to Holly, Kerry, Amanda, Jessica and Shelby for whooping me into shape. I have a ways to go but I'm a hell of a lot closer to being where I want!

I started going to Global Martial Arts Academy as part of the 6 week Global Kickfit challenge. The instructors give just the right amount of push while still offering options for those that are lower down on the fitness ladder like myself. Workouts are intense but making it through each one really feels like an accomplishment. All of the instructors and classmates have been very supportive. It's been a great community to grow to be a part of. Now that I've hit week 6, my energy levels have increased so much that I'm starting to miss attending class on the days I can't go. If you follow the program, you will succeed! I would have loved to do something like this sooner but could never afford it. The 6 week challenge opened the door for me and fortunately my circumstances have improved and moving forward I'm making room in my budget to keep going!

If you want success in a fun, up beat environment, Global Kick boxing is it. Your success will depend on how much effort you put into it, but the instruction is first rate and the classes will motivate you to push harder. .

I just finished my 6 week challenge and absolutely loved the classes and got the kick I needed to start getting back into shape. Not only did I lose a good chunk of weight that I couldn't get ride of on my own, but I also have more energy to play with my 3 year old after work!
